Ryan- I am Ryan Litzinger. I grew up in Grand Forks, ND and actually received my real estate license there in 2004 when I was 19. I moved out to Colorado in 2006 and absolutely love it here! I have been selling real estate for 10 years now. I have helped dozens and dozens of people to sell their home and/or look for a new home. When I’m not selling real estate I love to be outdoors. Being at the lake, camping, and golfing are some of my favorites. Tyler Scrable- I have lived in Colorado for 5 years. I'm originally from North Dakota.
